Home should convey emotions, memories, dreams, safety, peace, relaxation—“aahhhh.” But so often it does not. I love to get inside your head and discover your “ahhhh” factor; and later see your face (and often your tears) as you behold your new home for the first time. My number one goal is to get to know you so well that I am walking around in your dream rooms before you ever break ground. This requires a lot of openness and honesty on your part, and asking the right questions on mine but, oh my goodness, it is fun! Believing that every home should say something about its occupants versus the designer, I see my value in not having “a look.” Through an extensive interview process I identify the taste and style of each homeowner then work to create their dream. I’ve been at it thirty years and have vast resources. I draw on them to create unique design expressions for my clients, whatever the genre.
