I just got to see some sneak peeks of the new HGTV Smart Home and thought you might be interested. Tomorrow they are hosting a live Pin Party on Pinterest to see which room turns out to be the favorite. In the meantime, see what you think of this year’s house.

You know this is my favorite… the planning process.
I need to read up on this house. The room sizes are surprising me in their smallness. Perhaps that is part of what makes it “smart”?
It’s fun to see some color coming back. I just painted a powder room a slightly darker shade of that blue.
Love the master. Every time I see that fabric I think it is mine. Can you see why?
Ok, so their’s is better but it STILL fools me… every time. haha
This room has great energy.
Great use of the basement. No doubt that this house is in Nashville! My fam could make some noise down there for sure.

I just realized that this is Texture Thursday but I have had my 5 month old sweet pea with me all week and the schedule is a bit off… which is just fine with me.
