Introducing Teresa Hatfield And A Giveaway.

 

Last month, our friend Teresa Hatfield did a post on her Blog “Splendid Sass” about my fabric line.  I’d like to return the favor and take a look at what she’s up to.

Teresa is one those people that makes me shake my head in wonder. She has an undergraduate degree in molecular biology, a masters in law, and has studied liberal and visual arts extensively.  She was a banker for eleven years and a stockbroker for fifteen years. Then, she took the blog world by storm and now she has her own Etsy shop filled with beautiful embroidered linen guest towels.  She says, “I have always loved needlework, from cross-stitch, heirloom sewing, and embroidery.  If it is not glued down it is monogrammed. ”

I ‘m almost afraid to ask what’s she’s doing today. Brain surgery???

Actually she is about to add a shoe and a flowers line.  Within two months she will hopefully be adding the heavy weight linen towels with monogramming options.  Those will be bath size and below.  They are gorgeous.  She has done some prototypes already.  They “wreak beauty.”  She is hand making the towels so they will be perfectly even with clean seams.
